4. SOCIAL MEDIA

The Sandstone Insights Website may contain social bookmarks which are identifiable by means of their respective buttons. Social bookmarks allow users of certain social media platforms to post links to selected Sandstone Insights web pages on their social media accounts in order to bookmark them or share them with their social media contacts. If you use social bookmarks, you will be sending personal identifying data to the respective social media platform. Any comments or activity made by or carried out by persons using social bookmarks is not controlled, endorsed or monitored by Sandstone Insights and Sandstone Insights shall not be responsible or liable for such. Sandstone Insights may process and/or share personal data as part of and/or in connection with your access and/or use of this website. Where a user of the website is referred through a third-party offer (the Offer), including but not limited to a discount or trial offer, we may share certain data relating to such users with the third party. Such data may include (but is not limited to):

  • The subscription fees paid by the user;
  • The date that each user redeemed or took up the Offer, (if applicable) the date that user commenced paying subscription fees, whether the subscription fee is a monthly or annual fee, and the date of renewal of any subscription; and
  • Analytical data on a user’s access of the Sandstone Insights website including the total number of visits, time spent per user, the names of the pages visited, number of reports downloaded, and videos viewed, and the market, sector, and companies followed.
6. MEMBERSHIP

When registering to gain access to the site or any services provided by Sandstone Insights, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. You must not register multiple times, nor impersonate or create a membership for any person other than yourself. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your membership information. You may do this at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to the Account page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your membership details. Your membership and password is not to be disclosed or shared with any third person(s). You are wholly responsible for all activities that occur under your member name and password. You agree to immediately notify Sandstone Insights of any unauthorised use of your member name or password. Any unauthorised use in breach of these Terms of Use may result in automatic suspension of your account.

7. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

When registering for a subscription, you will need to provide us with your name, email address, mobile phone and billing address, as well as your credit card or payment information. You certify that all information you provide is accurate. You also agree to maintain and update your information as necessary so that it remains accurate and current. In the event that any information you provide is inaccurate or out of date, Sandstone Insights reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with these Terms.

We will charge the credit card or payment method you provided during the sign-up process. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as set forth on this site. Sandstone Insights reserves the right to increase a Service's fees or institute new charges upon reasonable notice. All fees are due in advance.

You can upgrade your subscription at any time, with the change taking effect immediately. Any applicable extra charges for that period will be applied on a pro-rata basis.

At the end of your subscription period your credit card will be charged for a renewal term of one month or one year depending on your subscription status. Your subscription will continue to automatically renew for successive terms according to your status and your credit card or preferred payment method will be charged accordingly.

For annual subscriptions only, we will notify you by email to your nominated email address at least seven days before the end of your subscription period that your subscription will be automatically renewed. You can opt-out of this automatic renewal service at any time during your membership, by navigating to the Subscriptions tab via the Account page or by emailing enquiries@sandstoneinsights.com.au.

Unless indicated otherwise, all subscription and service pricing across the Website and related products, is in Australian dollars (AUD).

8. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to the Subscriptions tab via the Account page or by emailing enquiries@sandstoneinsights.com.au.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will still have access to your subscription for the period you’ve already paid for.

9. FREE TRIAL

The trial is designed for you to try our Services to help you decide if a full subscription is suitable for you. Please note that the trial may be restricted in duration and scope at Sandstone Insights’ complete discretion, so you may not have full access to all services. There is no obligation to subscribe to Sandstone Insights at the end of your trial.

It is an express condition of your membership that you will only access one free trial. Any attempt by you as an individual or on anyone’s behalf to access more than one free trial will be a breach of these terms and access to Sandstone Insights may then be denied to you without notice.

You are not required to provide credit card details on commencement of your free trial. At the end of your trial period, you will have the option to subscribe to a paid subscription otherwise you will be automatically downgraded to a free membership plan.

Any materials downloaded through a free trial in breach of these conditions remain the property of Sandstone Insights, and you agree to provide all and any necessary information to allow Sandstone Insights to recover its property.
